Steeple Players Independent Film (and music) Festival (for students)
All films accepted will be shown at the theatre during the festival.
Winners in various categories will be posted on Steeple Players website
and linked to YouTube.
Grand Prize winner will be submitted to 2009 Sundance Film Festival. Other Prizes to be announced.
Rules for submission: Be a student (K-12 and college with no age restrictions). Send a workable
DVD using standard format. No profanity, violent, sexual, or illegal
activity. Must be roughly 5-10 minutes long, original work. If there
is music, it must be original music or you must obtain
synchronization
rights with your DVD. Steeple Players selection committee reserves the
right to disqualify any film based on content or poor quality for viewing.
Entry Fees are not refundable. May 9th Final Submission Deadline but late entries will be considered
based on time slots available.

Separate awards will be given for original student
songwriters/performers and aspiring writers of
comedy/drama who are willing to perform their art on
stage as well as sketch artists, painters, and sculptors
who will also have an opportunity to display their original
artwork in the lobby. Call and reserve your slot today.
All performers will receive a discounted pass to the festival.
